If you believe your items have a material or manufacturing flaw, it may be exchanged for replacement. Sign in to your account to Initiate Your Return Online and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Follow the on-screen prompts. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your RMA. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch your new size to you after the goods have undergone a quality control check.

The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date. Please retain the return tracking number for your records. Figos Online Store will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of item(s) back to the designated warehouse/address listed on the customer's packing list. Returns due to error on our part, your purchase will be replaced to you at no charge, including the refund of the shipping cost, once we have received the items back.
